Because we are people, not a large conglomerate, we take the time to assure each client of their value. Including frequent meetings and reviews, we develop a goal oriented plan with each person and business. We keep our clients informed of changes in markets or regulations so that together we handle new circumstances proactively with their best interest in mind. Our policy remains not to pressure any investment; but rather by providing the information, tools, and advice to make sound decisions, we give the ability and confidence to continue making effective choices throughout the financial arena. We provide clients with the following services:Quarterly face-face portfolio reviews are encouraged for all clients; no less than semi-annual is preferred, video conferencing available.Clients may call us with questions at any time; if the person they call is unavailable, our firm commits to call the client back no later than 5:00pm CST the day they called if not sooner.Voicemail is checked on weekends, return calls are made as warranted.Clients have access to an in-house estate-planning attorney.We emphasize a personal touch in communications with our clients; for example, we send handwritten cards to every new client immediately after opening an account and anniversary cards are sent to clients every year, thanking them for their continued confidence in our firm.Our firm will reach out with pertinent information to clients accounts and interest when needed.We host 3 to 4 dinner seminars annually with topics which are relevant to client's personal circumstances; seminars are generally aimed to show the latest products, trends, changes in taxes, or other relevant news.A client appreciation dinner is also held annually.We proactively utilize more personal opportunities, like lunches, to strengthen the relationship with our clients or form new connections that benefit both us and our community at large.We are here to ensure a smooth transition for you and your clients as comfortably as possible.
